Impeller Sizing and Specification for up to Four Impellers

Based on general design parameters such as fluid viscosity and specific gravity in combination with individual impeller properties, Impeller Sizing Tool determines torque and hydraulic forces for shaft designs with as many as four impellers. In addition, Reynolds Numbers are calculated to indicate the magnitude of turbulence surrounding each impeller.

In Equal Power Distribution mode, Impeller Sizing Tool can distribute the target maximum horsepower output over all the impellers in your design. For more sophisticated designs, users can specify the power output for each individual impeller in their design.

Full shaft extension and impeller diameter dimensions are also calculated based on individual impeller specifications input by the user.
