This program takes inputs, such as the volume to be mixed, fluid properties, and type of impeller to be used, along with a specified bulk fluid velocity, and gives the resulting outputs, such as power per volume, torque per volume, blend time, turnovers, and typical heat transfer coefficients. The primary output is a recommended motor horsepower, shaft speed, and torque combination required for the specified process performance. The program can output the extensive calculation results to an Excel spreadsheet where multiple analyses can be studied, plotted and printed.
