The end result is a set of recommended motor power, shaft speed, and torque combinations for the designed application.

Newtonian Fluid Selector (Basic Edition), however, simplifies the design task by specifying dimensionless numbers such as the Power Number, Pumping Number, Blend Number, and Thrust Number, based on an impeller selection by the user. Furthermore, Bulk Fluid Velocity is based on a description of mixing intensity.
