This program takes inputs, such as volume to be mixed, rheological properties of the fluids, and the type of impeller to be used, along with mixing performance criteria, and gives the resulting outputs, such as power per volume and torque per volume required. The primary output is a recommended motor horsepower and shaft speed required to meet the specified process performance. The program can output the extensive calculation results to an Excel spreadsheet where analyses can be studied, plotted, and printed.
